- For sale are new 3/8” (.375”) six-flute, solid carbide endmills. These endmills called the “Raptor” are made by Destiny Tool. The variable helix allows the tool to run faster and longer than other endmills in hard metals, all types of steels and titanium. These tools are stub length, coated, and have a .020″ corner radius.
- This a unique tool. There are six flutes, but they are arranged in pairs, so that the front flute takes most of the cut, while the back flute cleans the cut. I’ve not found a better profile tool, or finishing tool. The tool is marginal on slotting due to the lack of flute volume.
