The motor is defective for unknown reasons and does not power on, the quill is jammed, the top of the quill feed handle is broken off, numerous dents / gouges / paint scuffs on the head and column, cosmetic wear from previous use (metal shavings, dirt and debris). There may be further electrical / mechanical issues with the machine that have not been diagnosed as the machine in non-working condition. Includes newall DRO display with X and Y axis scales, and 1 powerfeed. May be missing some small parts and hardware.
