Damaged, sold AS-IS for parts/repair. The belt housing is dented (side panels are bent and the top cover does not attach), the speed control handles are bent, the spindle feed control is damaged and missing handles, dents on the motor, and paint gouges on the drill press head. The motor powers on but there is a harsh sound while running as the pulley housing is dented and makes contact with the pulley while in use (see video for further detail).
