DAMAGED. USED. INCOMPLETE(see photos). Original packaging was damaged resulting in minor blemishes including, but not limited to, scratches and dents that do not appear to affect its general operation. Reel spools and locks as it should but reel is a bit loose. Hose appears to have been used as it is dirty and hose is missing original end component. Hose was not tested for leaks…SOLD AS IS.
