Defective, sold AS-IS in non-working condition. The display shows an error code when powered on that the drain tank is full, however the tank is empty and the message cannot be cleared. There is damage to the unit; wheel mount / wheels are bent and do not sit flush, drain tank cover does not close, dents on the grills, dents and scuff marks on unit’s exterior (see pictures).
