• The Flanders Rigid Air Series PRP85S0412H Rigid Air Filter is a MERV 14 rated filter designed for use in most commercial and industrial HVAC systems where medium and high efficiency filtration is required. These 20″ x 24” x 12″ rigid filters are held into place by plastic pleat separators in a single header, box type frame. It is constructed with a 85% ASHRAE efficient synthetic media and a 24 gauge corrosion-resistant steel frame. The filters can operate with variable air speeds up to 625 FPM in temperatures up to 180 degrees Farhenheit. Rigid Air filters can be installed in Flanders PF-1 Holding Frames, K-Trac Filter Framing Modules, and Surepleat Side Access Housings or similar hardware.
