The motor is damaged / detached from the head (mounting hardware not included), the fan shroud is broken off, possibly missing additional pulleys / belts necessary to run the machine. There is cosmetic wear on the mill (surface rust, dirt and grease marks, paint scuffs; see pictures). Does not include ANY parts or accessories.
