   This Vectrax 20" Mill / Drill Press is being sold as NEW/OPEN BOX due to receiving some cosmetic damage during shipping.   This Drill Press has never been used.   There are various scratches and scuffs on the belt cover and head.   Does not include the 3MT Drill Chuck or manual.  

The spindle operates quietly in Forward / Reverse  and Hi/Lo.  The spindle travels Up/Down smoothly.   The table is in NEW condition and the height adjustment and lock both work without issue.   This machine comes exactly as shown.
