All products (unless otherwise stated) have a 30-day exchange/return policy if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you must contact us for a RMA number. All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals; failure to do this will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to you at your cost. Refunds will exclude the cost of shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other applicable charges. If you received discounted or free shipping with your offer, the difference between actual shipping costs and costs charged to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
