This Enco 20" Drill Press is sold as an INCOMPLETE SCRATCH & DENT machine.  This Drill Press was damaged during shipping when it was new and has never been used.   It has some surface rust on the Base and column from storage in a humid warehouse.  The belt cover is dented / bent and there are various scratches around the machine.    This Drill Press is missing the Work Table, Gear Rack and Rack Collar.  

This machine powers On/Off without issue and the motor operates quietly.   Includes Drill Chuck, MT4 Tapered Arbor and Manual.
