All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals; failure to do this will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to you at your cost. Refunds will exclude the cost of shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other applicable charges.
