These 4140 Alloy Steel, Pre-Hardened Flats measure 36" x 12" x 1/4" with a .005" tolerance on Length & Width and .001" Thickness tolerance.   They may have some light surface rust staining and/or light scratches, as shown in our photos.    These flats have been inspected for flatness and excessive corrosion.  They have been treated with corrosion preventative and repackaged.
