Damaged from shipment, sold AS-IS. The machine powers on but is sold WITHOUT HYDRAULIC FLUID so the hydraulics have not been tested. There are dents and gouges in the paint on the cabinet, head set cover, and sides of the table. The top-right corner of the back cover is bent. The safety shield on the head set cover is cracked. Minor distress to the foot pedal power cord. The machine shows no signs of prior use, table surface is in good condition with manufacturers rust inhibitor coating still applied.
